Jackrabbit Brewing Company was started in 2013 by four brewers who share a passion for full-flavored, yet balanced beers. Taking inspiration from Belgian, English and German brews, our goal is to craft beer that is founded in tradition, but defies convention with California-style inventiveness.
Mangels Vineyards is dedicated to making premium wines from selected varietals grown in the Suisun Valley. We strive for quality and enhancing the characteristics of each varietal when producing our small lots. The Mangels family is continuing the tradition of winemaking in the Suisun Valley started by their great grandfather over 100 years ago.
Modern Times Is… an intrepid cadre of brewers, coffee roasters, and culinary wizards that began as a 30bbl production brewery and tasting room in the Point Loma neighborhood of San Diego in 2013. Today, we’re distributed throughout Southern California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Hawaii, and the Pacific Northwest.
We brew a wide variety of styles ranging from traditional German styles, to innovative modern IPAs, to barrel aged creations. We use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible and pride ourselves on having a beer for every palate.
Tolenas is a family owned winery focused on producing premium wines from grapes grown in Suisun (Sue-Soon) Valley. We are second generation farmers and wine makers who are honored to be making wine in this unique area we call home. The name Tolenas was selected as we dug into the history of our vineyards on Williams Road.
True Symmetry Brewing Company is located in Suisun City and opened in April 2018. We are pleased with the space we have created for everyone with its industrial influences but welcoming and comfortable feel. Our brewing philosophy is about balance. We believe that life is about balance and your beer should be no different.
